Question One

Q. When will my goods be delivered?

A. Most orders are despatched within 5 days, although we guarantee delivery by 21 days from receipt of your order.

Question Two

Q. What if I am not happy with my purchase?

A. If the product is in any way faulty, or if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return the product within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase cost plus P&P to your payment Card.

Please note that we do not refund your return postage costs.

Question Three

Q. How do I know my order is being processed?

A. Once your order has been placed you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
This will confirm the products you have ordered and the amount your credit card will be debited.
You will only receive further contact from us if there is a problem with your payment processing, or difficulty in delivering your order.

Question Four

Q. How do I fit my graphics

A. Fitting instuctions are available on our website.
We recommend that you add our graphic application kit to your graphics order this will ensure you apply your purchase correctly.

Question Five

Q. How do I remove my graphics

A. All our graphics can be removed using a hairdrier or heat gun. Warm the graphic until it becomes pliable this releases the glue and the graphic can then be peeled off. If any glue is left on the paint surface this can be removed using glue remover found in our shop ( search for glue remover)
